CMEC Suite is a private business system. Access is personal, revocable, non-transferable, and limited to work authorized by CM Energy Concepts.
The software, workflows, visual design, documentation, prompts, reports, compilations, and CMEC materials are proprietary to CM Energy Concepts or its licensors. No license to copy, reverse engineer, resell, disclose, or create competing derivative materials is granted.
Users must protect credentials, use only their own account, and keep company, client, project, pricing, technical, and operational information confidential.
The system may record authentication, access approvals, attendance, timestamps, project assignments, questions, and administrative actions for security, operations, and compliance.
CM Energy Concepts may suspend or revoke access immediately when work authorization ends, security is threatened, or these terms are violated.
Technical information in the Suite does not replace project requirements, qualified supervision, permits, safety procedures, LOTO, equipment instructions, or applicable law.
