The Suite processes account identity, business email, role, project and group assignment, attendance timestamps, optional device location, field questions, uploaded work documents, and security records.
Information is used to authenticate users, manage project access, document attendance, support field operations, secure the service, and maintain company records.
Information is limited to authorized CM Energy Concepts personnel and service providers used to operate the Suite, including hosting and Google Workspace integrations, subject to their applicable terms.
Records are retained according to business, contractual, safety, payroll, and legal needs. Device location is collected only when the user selects that option. Access or correction requests should be directed to CM Energy Concepts management.
CM Energy Concepts uses role-based access and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Suspected account compromise must be reported promptly.
